MEMORANDUM OPINION


The Court has before it the parties' June 30, 2008 joint motion to dismiss the appeal. The motion states the parties have reached a settlement and compromise, and they request the appeal be dismissed and the obligation of Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America as surety on the supersedeas bond in this case be discharged. We GRANT the parties' motion and DISMISS the appeal. It is ORDERED that the obligations of Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America as surety on the supersedeas bond in this case be discharged.
