ORDER

Cary Douglas Pugh Judge

This case is currently set for trial at the Court's May 6, 2024, New Orleans, Louisiana trial session. On April 10, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report advising that the parties have reached a basis of settlement. Respondent's Status Report did not contain a Certificate of Service. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent shall, on or before April 24, 2024, file with the Court a Certificate of Service for the above-referenced Status Report. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's May 6, 2024, New Orleans, Louisiana trial session and continued, and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 10, 2024, the parties shall submit stipulated decision documents or file further status reports regarding the then-present status of this case.

The Court reminds respondent of the importance of confirming proper service on petitioners and reminds respondent here that petitioners do not have electronic service and therefore respondent must file a certificate of service.
