This case was previously calendared for trial at the Court's April 11, 2022, Detroit, Michigan trial session. On March 21, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. On March 23, 2022, the Court ordered petitioner to respond to respondent's motion by April 4, 2022. No response was received by petitioner. This case was re-calendared for trial at the remote session of the Court to commence at Burlington, Vermont on May 16, 2022.

On April 7, 2022, respondent filed a status report stating his difficulty in communicating with petitioner to resolve all issues raised in the case. In response, the Court scheduled and held a telephone conference with the parties on April 27, 2022, to discuss respondent's status report.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 11, 2022, respondent shall file a proposed stipulated decision or a status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
