Appeal of order denying rule 3.850 motion from the Circuit Court for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, Broward County; Paul L. Backman, Judge; L.T. Case No. 05–8692 CF10A.
Lionel Tate, Live Oak, pro se. No appearance required for appellee.
PER CURIAM.

We affirm the trial court's denial of appellant's April 10, 2013 Motion for Discharge. The motion was an untimely request for postconviction relief and no valid exception to the time limitation is alleged in the motion. Fla. R.Crim. P. 3.850(b).
