Dana B. Taschner & Chari Salvador Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This complex substantiation case was on the January 25, 2021 Los Angeles, California trial calendar. All agreed that the case might well settle if referred to IRS Appeals. Petitioners recently reported again that they continue to cooperate with the IRS in responding to informal requests for records. The parties continue to work their way through a long list of issues, and it is reasonable to keep the case on a status-report track. It is

ORDERED that on or before May 25, 2022 the parties shall file decision documents or petitioners shall file another status report to describe their progress.
