JUDGMENTS, § 377revival, validity. Court below properly entered judgment reviving earlier judgment in favor of appellee, where an adjustment between the parties had been made whereby appellant released a judgment he had obtained against appellee and acknowledged receipt of a sum due for rents under a lease, the total of these amounts was credited against appellee's judgment, and appellee was claiming the balance as unpaid.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Iroquois county; Hon. JAMES V. BARTLEY, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in this court at October term, 1940.
