Appeal from an order of Supreme Court, Onondaga County (Centra, J.), entered March 30, 2001, which precluded plaintiff from asserting any oral partnership claims or ownership interest in the property, which is the subject of this litigation, in any future Syracuse City Court eviction proceeding by defendants.
