Opinion filed June 25, 1928.

Action in assumpsit for breach of contract of insurance company to pay money to plaintiff in consideration of dismissal of suit for personal injuries and release. Judgment against plaintiff on directed verdict.

Error to the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. M.L. McKinley, Judge, presiding. Heard in the first division of this court for the first district at the February term, 1928.

Reversed and remanded.
