The parties have filed a joint motion to vacate the trial court's judgment (including the partial summary judgments signed on September 30, 2013; March 24, 2014; July 30, 2014; and the final judgment signed on September 3, 2014, and amended on October 28, 2014) and this Court's December 16, 2016 judgment and to dismiss the case with prejudice, explaining that they have settled their dispute. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2). We grant the motion, withdraw our judgment dated December 16, 2016, and dismiss the case. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2)(A); id. R. 42.1(c); id. R. 43.2(e).
