By Order served December 4, 2022, the Court directed petitioner Tara Unlimited, LLC to file an ownership disclosure statement pursuant to Rule 20(c), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. To-date, the Court has not received an ownership disclosure statement (recently retitled as corporate disclosure statement) from Tara Unlimited, LLC.

If Tara Unlimited, LLC does not file a corporate disclosure statement on or before the date specified in this Order, the Court may dismiss this case. See Rule 123(b). Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the time in which Tara Unlimited, LLC shall file a corporate disclosure statement as required by Rule 20(c), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, is further extended to November 14, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to attach to this Order a form that petitioner may use to comply with this Order.
