This case is set for trial at the Court's February 28, 2022 Seattle, Washington trial session. On February 2, 2022 Respondent filed a status report advising that a basis for settlement has been reached, and requesting an additional 90 days to file a proposed stipulated decision.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on February 28, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that on or before May 3, 2022, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
