This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's April 11, 2023, Detroit, Michigan trial session. On December 18, 2022, petitioners filed a Motion to Withdraw moving to withdraw their petition. The Court will recharacterize petitioners' Motion to Withdraw as petitioners' Motion to Dismiss. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion to Withdraw, is recharacterized as petitioners' Motion to Dismiss. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 23, 2023, respondent shall file a response to petitioners' Motion to Dismiss.
