ORDER

ADAM B. LANDY SPECIAL TRIAL JUDGE.

Upon due consideration of the Commissioner's status report, filed December 15, 2023, the Court's conference call with the parties on January 16, 2024, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 1, 2024, petitioners shall provide to counsel for the Commissioner all documents and receipts substantiating expenses deducted on the Form 1120-S income tax return for the entity owned by petitioners for the taxable year at issue. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 15, 2024, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case.

The Court advises the parties that this case will be set for trial at a future session this spring for cases where Los Angeles, California, is listed as the place of trial.
