This case is scheduled for trial at the Court's October 16, 2023, Los Angeles, California trial session. On August 30, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance.

ORDERED that the parties' Motion for Continuance, filed August 30, 2023, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 25, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case, or a proposed stipulated decision.

The parties are reminded that the Standing Pretrial Order, served May 24, 2023, remains in effect.
