An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 3, 2018, And defendants-appellants having moved for a stay of discovery pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and the correspondence from the attorneys for the defendants-appellants dated December 27, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is deemed withdrawn pursuant to the aforesaid correspondence. The interim relief granted by a Justice of this Court on October 31, 2018, is vacated.
