Also on March 5, 2024, docket entry 76, petitioner filed a Motion for Leave to File Response to First Supplemental Response to Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103; and at docket entry 77, petitioner lodged a Response to First Supplemental Response to Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103.

The Court will set both respondent's Motion for Leave to File First Supplemental Response to Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103, and petitioner's Motion for Leave to File Response to First Supplemental Response to Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103, for Hearing at the March 25, 2024, Washington, D.C., remote Special Trial Session of the Court.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Leave to File First Supplemental Response to Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103, filed March 5, 2024, docket entry 74; and petitioner's Motion for Leave to File Response to First Supplemental Response to Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103, filed March 5, 2024, docket entry 76, are set for Hearing at a Washington, D. C., remote Special Trial Session of the Court, beginning on Monday, March 25, 2024, at a time and date certain of Monday, March 25, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern time. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties: (1) a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the Court's remote special session beginning March 25, 2024, and (2) a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order for that remote special trial session.
