On September 5, 2023, docket entry 46, respondent filed a Motion to Calendar, requesting that the Court set this case for a two-week Special Trial Session during March 2025, and direct the parties to submit a proposed pretrial scheduling Order.
On November 30, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion for Leave to File Objection to Motion to Calendar; and lodged an Objection to Motion to Calendar, at docket entries 50 and 51. The Court granted petitioner's Motion for Leave, and petitioner's Objection to Motion to Calendar was filed January 10, 2024, docket entry 60.
On December 12, 2023, docket entry 55, petitioner filed a Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103.
Pursuant to the Court's January 4, 2024, Order, docket entry 56, on January 9, 2024, docket entry 57, respondent filed a Response to Motion for Leave to File Objection to Motion to Calendar.
By Order dated January 10, 2024, docket entry 58, the Court directed respondent to file a response, on or before January 17, 2024, to petitioner's Motion for Protective Order, filed December 12, 2023, docket entry 55.
The Court will set both respondent's Motion to Calendar, filed September 5, 2023, docket entry 46; and petitioner's Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103, filed December 12, 2023, docket entry 55, for Hearing at the Court's January 16, 2024, remote Special Trial Session.
After due consideration, it is
ORDERED that this case is set for Hearing, on respondent's Motion to Calendar, filed September 5, 2023, docket entry 46; and on petitioner's Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103, filed December 12, 2023, docket entry 55, at a remote Special Trial Session of the Court, beginning on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at a time and date certain of Thursday, January 18, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the Court's remote special session beginning January 16, 2024.
This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
