An appeal having been taken from an order of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about December 1, 2017, And respondent-appellant father having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect said appeal (M-6859),And petitioner-respondent mother having cross-moved to dismiss the aforementioned appeal (M-3722),Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the cross motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed (M-3722).
