Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously reversed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellants, and the motion denied, with leave to the plaintiffs to renew upon disclosure by plaintiffs of the particular stairway upon which the plaintiff, Anna Tannenbaum, fell and by limiting plaintiffs to inspection of that portion of the theatre. No opinion. Settle order on notice.
