WRIT NOT CONSIDERED. Relator, Michael F. Johnson, filed the instant application seeking review of the trial court's denial of his notice of intent to seek review of the order dismissing his appeal. Relator's writ application does not include a copy of the district court's action that denied his request for review or of the pleading relator filed to make the request for review, as required by the Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rules 4-5(C)(6) and (8).
Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rules 4-9 and 2-18.7. In the event that the relator seeks to file a new application with this Court, it must contain all pertinent documentation, including a copy of district court's action that denied his request for review and a copy of the pleading relator filed to make the request for review, and must comply with the Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rule and 4-5. Any new application must be filed with this Court on or before March 31, 2015, and must contain a copy of this ruling.
