Toan TANG v. Ronald BRANDOLINI & another.

By the Court (KANTROWITZ, SIKORA & RUBIN, JJ.).

MEMORANDUM AND ORDER PURSUANT TO RULE 1:28

The plaintiff, Toan Tang, having entered numerous frivolous filings in both the Federal and the State trial courts, was enjoined from filing any additional papers in the State courts without the approval of the regional administrative justice. He then filed a new complaint without such approval, and the complaint was dismissed. He appeals therefrom.

The plaintiff has not demonstrated that, given the unique circumstances of this case, the Superior Court judge acted inappropriately.

Judgment affirmed.
