Changhong TANG, Appellant, v. Matthew BANKS, Appellee.

Changhong Tang, pro se, Appellant. Paulo Roberto Lima of Russo Appellate Firm, P.A., Miami, for Appellee.

Changhong Tang, pro se, Appellant.

Paulo Roberto Lima of Russo Appellate Firm, P.A., Miami, for Appellee.

Per Curiam.

Appellant's brief does not assign any error to the trial court. In appellate proceedings, the decision of a trial court is presumed correct, and the burden is on the appellant to demonstrate error. Applegate v. Barnett Bank , 377 So. 2d 1150, 1152 (Fla. 1979). Because Appellant has not satisfied this burden, we AFFIRM.

Rowe, C.J., and B.L. Thomas and Long, JJ., concur.
