Changhong Tang, Appellant, v. Matthew Banks, Appellee.

Changhong Tang, pro se, Appellant. Paulo Roberto Lima of Russo Appellate Firm, P.A., Miami, for Appellee.

Not final until disposition of any timely and authorized motion under Fla. R. App. P. 9.330 or 9.331.

On appeal from the County Court for Clay County. Kristina K. Mobley, Judge.

Changhong Tang, pro se, Appellant.

Paulo Roberto Lima of Russo Appellate Firm, P.A., Miami, for Appellee.

PER CURIAM

Appellant's brief does not assign any error to the trial court. In appellate proceedings, the decision of a trial court is presumed correct, and the burden is on the appellant to demonstrate error. Applegate v. Barnett Bank, 377 So.2d 1115, 1152 (Fla. 1979). Because Appellant has not satisfied this burden, we Affirm.

Rowe, C.J, and BL Thomas and Long, JJ, concur
