MEMORANDUM OPINION


By letter dated April 27, 2005, the Court directed appellants to provide the Court with written verification that appellants have paid or made arrangements to pay the clerk's fee, or provide written documentation that appellants have been found to be entitled to proceed without payment of costs. The letter warned appellants that failure to provide the requested documentation within ten days of the date of the letter would result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellants have not provided the requested documentation or otherwise responded.

Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES the appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
