ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

On January 31, 2022, petitioner filed the petition in this case and attached thereto an undated copy of the Final Determination Letter that should have been mailed to petitioner. On April 1, 2022, respondent filed the Answer.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 27, 2022, respondent shall file either: (1) an appropriate jurisdictional motion or (2) a report addressing the basis or bases for the Court's jurisdiction and attaching thereto a copy of any supporting documentation.
