Sung Ho Joe Tan Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Emin Toro, Judge.

This case is currently set for trial during the Court's April 4, 2022, San Francisco, California, trial session. On December 10, 2021, respondent's counsel, Daniel Z. Nettles, filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel (Doc. 9). Later on December 10, 2021, respondent's counsel filed a second Motion to Withdraw as Counsel (Doc. 10). The second Motion to Withdraw as Counsel appears to be a duplicate of the first, except the certificate of service attached to the first Motion to Withdraw as Counsel refers to a Notice of Withdrawal instead of a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's counsel Daniel Z. Nettles's first Motion to Withdraw as Counsel filed December 10, 2021 (Doc. 9), is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's counsel Daniel Z. Nettles's second Motion to Withdraw as Counsel filed December 10, 2021 (Doc. 10), is granted and counsel Daniel Z. Nettles is withdrawn as counsel of record for respondent in this matter.
