ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On December 12, 2022, petitioner filed a petition to commence this case. On March 23, 2023, petitioner filed a Letter dated March 17, 2023, seeking to add David Alan Bonsey, petitioner's spouse to this case.

In order for this Court to acquire jurisdiction to consider this case as to David Alan Bonsey and to support the changing of the caption, it is necessary to obtain a Ratification of the Petition bearing David Alan Bonsey's original signature.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, if David Alan Bonsey wishes to be added to this case, he shall, on or before June 5, 2023, submit to the Court a Ratification of Petition, in paper form (not electronic), duly signed with an original signature (preferably in blue ink), in which he states that he has read the petition, filed December 12, 2022, and ratifies and affirms the filing of the petition.

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of this Order on David Alan Bonsey at petitioner's address.
