This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Standalone Remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin May 9, 2022. On March 25, 2022, respondent filed a joint Motion for Continuance of Trial. Respondent indicated in their motion that that setting this case for the remote trial session is premature.
