Opinion
Gen. No. 9,522. (Abstract of Decision.)
Opinion filed May 15, 1940 Rehearing denied June 18, 1940
JUDICIAL AND EXECUTION SALES, § 84 — amount sold. Where on former appeal it was held that plaintiff was entitled to value of corn it purchased at execution sale, the amount of corn was that which court stated in former opinion, which was the same amount that plaintiff's manager stated that he had purchased for plaintiff, and which the sheriff's return stated he sold, and plaintiff could not contend that a greater amount was in the crib sold at execution sale and that sheriff made an erroneous estimate.
