Before the Court is appellant's motion for leave of court to file appellate brief exceeding page limit. There is no page limit for computer-generated briefs. See Tex. R. App. P. 9.4(i)(2)(B). Instead, the limit is 15,000 words. Id. Appellant's counsel certified that the brief is 6,514 words. We DENY appellant's motion as moot.

Appellant's brief, received July 29, 2024, was due July 26, 2024, and was not timely filed. We ORDER appellant's counsel, Bruce Kaye, to file a motion for extension of time to file the brief on or before AUGUST 9, 2024.
