Order entered dismissing defendant's motions for judgment n.o.v. and new trial and judgment entered on the verdict. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 596, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Greene County, Feb. T., 1975, No. 172. Argued November 14, 1977.
