On May 13, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. However, review of the proposed decision document shows that the caption thereon and the signature block therein as to petitioner Sergio Tamayo do not match the caption of this case. Consequently, the Court is unable to process the Proposed Stipulated Decision. It is accordingly

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision is deemed stricken from the Court's records in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 14, 2024, the parties shall file a revised proposed stipulated decision.
