On October 25, 2024, respondent erroneously filed an Answer (Docket Index No. 6). On October 25, 2024, respondent also properly filed an Answer (Docket Index No. 8). On October 31, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Strike with respect to the erroneously filed Answer at Docket Index No. 6.
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Strike is granted and respondent's Answer filed at Docket Index No. 6 is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
