Opinion issued November 16, 2010.

On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 1, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. CC-02-03778-A.

Before Justices MORRIS, FRANCIS, and MURPHY.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

On January 15, 2004, the Court abated the above appeal and remanded it to the trial court to finally dispose of the remaining claims. Since that time, we have had no correspondence from the parties regarding the status of the proceedings in the trial court. Therefore, on June 16, 2010, the Court sent the parties a letter directing them to notify us of the status of the proceedings in the trial court. We warned that failure to respond would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c). To date, we have had no correspondence from the parties regarding the case. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
