MOTION DECISION

An appeal having been taken this this Court from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 15, 2021,

And petitioner-appellant having moved, pro se, to stay demolition of the Women's Pavilion of Harlem Hospital pending the hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, and for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, upon the original record and a reproduced petitioner's brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion to stay demolition of the Women's Pavilion of Harlem Hospital is denied. That branch of the motion seeking to prosecute the instant appeal as a poor person is denied as academic. The interim order of this Court, entered on October 22, 2021, is hereby vacated.
