TAMYICK TAI & SIWAH C. CHAN, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Lewis R. Carluzzo Chief Special Trial Judge

Giving due regard to the representations contained in respondent's Status Report, filed July 5, 2024, taking into account the directives contained in the Order served May 8, 2024, and to avoid unnecessary delay in rescheduling this case for trial, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction over this case is no longer retained by the undersigned and it is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition.

The parties are advised that petitioners' failure to comply with the directives of the second decretal paragraph of the above-referenced Order could, upon appropriate objection by respondent, result in the exclusion of evidence offered by petitioners at trial.
