An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 25, 2019, and said appeal having been perfected, And an order of this Court having been entered on May 28, 2019 (M-2275), staying that part of the aforesaid order requiring defendant-appellant to permit plaintiff-respondent to commence work in the subject apartments, on condition the appeal be perfected for the October 2019 Term, And plaintiff-respondent having moved for renewareargument of the aforesaid order to the extent of vacating the stay or, in the alternative, requiring defendant-appellant to post a bond, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
