ORDER OF DISMISSAL

On April 10, 2023, petitioners filed a Motion to Dismiss. In their motion, petitioners move the Court to dismiss the case by allowing them to voluntarily withdraw their petition for this collection due process case. Petitioners state in their motion, that they no longer wish to have the Court review the Notice of Determination and hereby request to have this case dismissed. Petitioners cite Wagner v. Commissioner, 118 T.C. 330 (2002). Petitioners further state that respondent has no objection to the granting of petitioners' motion. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion to Dismiss is granted, and this case is dismissed.
