The reporter's record was due on June 11, 2022. When it was not filed, we notified official court reporter Janet Dugger by postcard, directing her to file the record by July 15, 2022. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed.
We ORDER official court reporter Janet Dugger and deputy court reporter Stephanie Moses to file the reporter's record by September 9, 2022. We caution that the failure to do so may result in the Court taking whatever action it deems appropriate to ensure this appeal proceeds in a more timely fashion.
