MEMORANDUM OPINION

The clerk's record is past due. By letter dated January 22, 2016, we informed appellant that the Dallas County Clerk notified the Court that the clerk's record had not been filed because appellant had not paid for or made arrangements to pay the clerk's fee for preparing the record. We directed appellant to provide verification of payment or arrangements to pay for the clerk's record or to provide written documentation that appellant had been found entitled to proceed without payment of costs. We expressly cautioned appellant that if the Court did not receive the required documentation within the time specified, we would dismiss the appeal without further notice.
To date, appellant has failed to file the requested documentation or otherwise corresponded with the Court regarding the status of this appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(b), 42.3(b),(c).
