This case is consolidated with the case of Barbin et al. v. State of Louisiana, through the Department of Revenue, Joseph N. Traigle, Director, La.App., 307 So.2d 140. For the reasons therein assigned, the judgment appealed from is affirmed, with defendant to pay all cost for which it may be liable under law.

Affirmed.
