This case was on the Court's April 4, 2022 trial calendar for Los Angeles, California, but we continued it to the Court's February 12, 2024 trial calendar. The case was then taken off that trial calendar because the parties had reported that they reached a tentative basis for settlement.
The parties recently reported that respondent is still awaiting final approval from management for the items he conceded. The parties anticipate they will then finalize their tentative settlement and submit a decision document. It is therefore
ORDERED that on or before May 23, 2024 the parties shall submit settlement documents or file a status report describing their progress.
