DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for an order directing the Pro Hac Vice admission of Miriam Louise Fisher, Esq., an attorney admitted in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia, pursuant to section 520.11(a)(1) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals.

Motion for an order directing the Pro Hac Vice admission of Brian C. McManus, Esq., an attorney admitted in the CommonWealth of Massachusetts and the District of Columbia, pursuant to section 520.11(a)(1) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED the motions are granted, without costs, and Miriam Louise Fisher, Esq., and Brian C. McManus, Esq., are admitted Pro Hac Vice for the purpose of representing petitioners upon the proceeding.
