This case is calendared for trial at the Court's October 31, 2022, Houston, Texas, trial session.

On October 12, 2022, docket entry 13, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. By Order dated October 20, 2022, docket entry 14, the Court set respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution for HEARING at the October 31, 2022, Houston, Texas Trial Session of the Court at 10:00 a.m. (11:00 a.m. ET).

On October 21, 2022, the Court received a document entitled Petitioner's Supplemental Stipulation of Facts from petitioner. This document appears to be Petitioner's Objection to Respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. The Court will retitle this document accordingly.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's document Petitioner's Supplemental Stipulation of Facts, received by the Court on October 21, 2022, is retitled as Petitioner's Objection to Respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, and is filed as of the date of this Order.
