ORDER

ELIZABETH CREWSON PARIS JUDGE.

On February 7, 2024, docket entry 33, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report indicating that the settlement officer assigned to this case has been unable to contact petitioner's representative and requesting that the Court schedule a conference call with the parties.

On April 16, 2024, the Court held a conference call with the parties. Respondent indicated the settlement officer has been trying to reach petitioner's representative to discuss exchanging information. Petitioner's representative indicated that he would contact the settlement officer. The parties still expect to resolve all issues in this case.

After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before June 28, 2024, the parties shall file a Supplemental Notice of Determination, or a Joint Status Report with the Court as to this case's present status.
