For the reasons this day assigned in the reversal of the Office of Workers' Compensation judgment rendered in Gegenheimer v. Cajun Painting, Inc., 96-452 (La.App. 3 Cir. 10/9/96), 689 So.2d 457, this appeal is moot and dismissed. All costs will be paid by Cajun Painting, Inc., and its insurer.

APPEAL DISMISSED.
