Without subscribing to the reasons assigned by Special Term, we think, under all the circumstances of this case, that the orders herein appealed from are correct. Orders unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion. The dates for the examinations to proceed shall be fixed in the orders. Settle orders on notice.
