ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge.

On June 7, 2021, an imperfect petition commencing this case was filed. By order issued October 28, 2021, the Court directed petitioners, on or before November 18, 2021, to file a proper amended petition and to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee in this case (or submit an application for waiver of filing fee for consideration). Petitioners have not complied with that Order. .

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioners shall file an amended petition and pay the filing fee, is extended to May 12, 2022. If, by May 12, 2022, no amended petition and/or filing fee is received, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
