Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff as a result of the alleged negligence of the defendant's decedent, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, where the court, Berdon, J., granted the city of New Haven's motion to intervene; thereafter, the matter was tried to the jury before Reynolds, J.; verdict and judgment for the plaintiff; subsequently, the court denied the plaintiff's motions to set aside the verdict, for mistrial and for additur, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
