On September 21, 2020, petitioners filed the petition in this case. On November 17, 2020, respondent filed the Answer in this case. Further review of the record indicates that the record does not contain a complete copy of the Notice of Determination Concerning Collection Action issued to petitioners for tax year 2017 and upon which this case is based.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 21, 2021, respondent shall file a response to this Order and attach thereto a complete copy of the notice of determination concerning collection action upon which this case is based.
